Silicon carbide crucible is bowl ceramic with deep bottom, they are made of different content of silicon carbide particles added into the graphite crucible, such as a silicon carbide content of 50%, 24%, etc by fundamental of isostatic compaction technology.
It is new generation of silicon carbide graphite crucible adopted high-grade refractory material and formula. According to application, there are special silicon carbide crucibles for melting copper,aluminum,zinc oxide, zinc, and tin.
Product instructions
1.Carry the crucible carefully
2.Warm the crucible in the drying machine or near the furnace. The warming temperature should be up to 500℃.
3.The crucible should be put under the furnace mouth flat.
4.When put the metal into the crucible, you should take the crucible capacity as your reference.
5.If the crucible is too full, it will be damaged by expansion.
6.The clamps shape need as that of crucible. Avoid the concentrate stressed destroy of the crucible.
7.Clean the crucible regularly and gently.
8.The crucible should be put in the center of the furnace and leave some distance between the crucible and furnace.
9.Turn the crucible once a week and this will help prolong the service life.
10.The flame should not touch the crucible directly
